Passionate, diligent, and resourceful are all words that describe Raymond Roy-Pace in and out of the classroom. He began what he describes as his calling to education over almost ten years ago serving communities as an administrator and classroom teacher. Using his personal education experience and his observations as a teacher, he developed BeU365 Inc. A non-profit whose mission is to inspire youth through experimental education, mentorship and real world experiences.

Developing his voice on issues around comprehensive education reform, Black male engagement, and youth engagement, Ray is becoming a sought after voice. He has met with former Secretary of Education of John King, live interviewed former Secretary of Arne Duncan, co-produced a podcast published in the University of Pennsylvania’s Urban Ed Journal, facilitated teacher developments across the country, given keynotes and served on various panels.
Most recently Ray has advanced his educational studies by earning a graduate certificate from Jefferson University, formerly known as, Philadelphia University in Child Trauma. He also earned a Masters of Arts in Education from Cheyney University and Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science from Lock Haven University.
